I did everything wrong yesterday. Went over on the cals, way over on the carbs. Not enough sleep and woke up with a don't care attitude. My activity for the day was quickie half-asp cleaning the bathrooms. Spent the day playing PC games when I really could have been decluttering/cleaning. Stormy evening and night seemed like a perfect ending for the day. I wasn't mad. Just didn't feel great. Slept better last night. Thought for sure I'd wake up a lb heavier. But nope. Crazy Tetter Totter weight loss. But for me, it is with 2 snails. One only slightly heavier than the other.
