Had to go to the doctor with my foot. Plantar facitis is giving my problems again. Dr put in a triple dose of cortizone in my heel, prescribed anti-inflammatory meds and gave me new orthodic inserts for my shoes. I haven't been able to exercise in 2 days due to pain. It is getting better. I hope to be able to exercise again by the weekend.
