Omg 50’s am doing cartwheels in my head .. but lets see tomorrow.
Basically went OMAD today.. a bit of Jackfruit curried/ stir fry broccoli and carrots/ feta cheese/ gouda cheese/ blue berries and nuts 🌰
2 cup black rooibos .
Lets see weight fluctuations tomorrow.
Fasting window closed at 17:00
131.2 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
