I'm now doing track and field (100m, 200m, and long jump)for explosive power. My weight is 184.5 lbs and I'm cutting down to 170lbs for the welterweight division so I can finally start my pro career in MMA.My macros will be 2400 calories, 30% protein 50% carbs and 20% fats.
