I was actually 200 lbs even. Getting back on the bike has definitely helped. Also keeping my juice & smoothie routine going. I use probably 6 bananas & 4 oranges a day in smoothies, along with other fruits (pineapple, mangos, dates, etc). Also have my green energy blast juice almost daily. Solid food meal is at dinner time after my workout. Also snack on nuts some days. Physically I feel very good! I'm happy @ 200 lbs but want to get to 190 & use that as my low point & 200 my max.
