Day 3 of my new "diet"// lifestyle. It IS getting easier, though I am still consuming roughly 2000 calories a day (where my BMR is 1500). Having said that, I work out daily where I burn about 400-600 calories per workout, so I am still on track (well, the weigh in on Wed will tell me if I am or not). I have been noticing that I very much have sweet cravings (not something I was aware of previously as I always thought I had a salty craving tooth...) I look forward to when these once loose jeans I am wearing today will fit as they should- tucking in my belly under the waistline is not my idea of confidence inspiring.

Diet Calendar Entries for 25 April 2014:
