Had a delicious breakfast. Egg sandwich on an English muffin. Day 3 of Plexus. Will be weighing myself as soon as I get a battery for the scale. Hoping the weather clears up a little so I can take Luna for a couple of walks today. Sweet puppy would like that, as would I.

If I do walk, though, I should probably try to find a way to beef up my calories for the day a little more. Based on my plans, without the exercise, I've got a 1350 calorie deficit. Although, I am at 1500 for my intake so at least I'm no below 1200 or anything... The important thing is trying to maintain the golden ratio, too.

Update, got the scale battery. Weight came back at 260 lbs, which is exactly what I was hoping it would be. Well, I'd have been ecstatic if it had come back lower given that two weeks ago, it was sitting there using a standard - ie non-digital - scale. But scales vary, time of day varies, weight varies based on location. Using that other scale, I was weighing myself about noon-ish. Will definitely re-weigh tomorrow and see what things look like at an earlier/different time and such.

Either way, I'm happy with how things are going. I recently mounted my horse - something I hadn't be able to do for a while because of location and weather - and it was so much easier than last time. I'm so content right now. So content. Additionally, my brother has passed on using his Plexus 3-day trial pack so I get his, too. Yay for another three days of feeling energized and content.
