Weekly weigh in at work. Contest at work on who loses the most weight (by lbs & %) in the next 12 weeks. Weight on home scale 1st thing in a.m. was 157.4. (Gotta wear clothes when weighing in at work :-P) Goals: >/= 15 lbs loss; walk/jog 5 miles/day, 3 days/week by end of challenge.
159.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
