SofieRuiz's Journal, 14 May 2021

Went to the doctors today. With clothes, shoes, wallet and keys I am at 204lbs so I believe my scale to be accurate since I weigh myself in my birthday suit. Apparently I have low blood pressure and pulse rate which is why I've been getting dizzy. Doc said to up my salt consumption a little until the labs get back. So me and Google had a chat and looks like I may need more pure protein in my diet. Going grocery shopping tomorrow.

Sofie, dk how old you are, but I too have low blood pressure and heart rate. Be careful not to get up to fast, especially in morning. My hr problems were severe. I had a heart rate of about 28 beats a min. Scarey! I have a pace maker but there are other issues that can cause those conditions so just be diligent. Good luck 💜 PS I do great with pacemaker. 60 beats a min and no more problems.I work out 6 days a week as well..💪💪

Thank you all! Waiting on a full panel of blood work to come back for more info. They are checking for everything, obviously. I've always been on the low side, even when I was a lot bigger, which confused docs. I'm excited for Onederland but I'm not focused on it. It will eventually come. I'm focused on staying healthy. So upping my calories a bit this week, increasing protein AND fat intake (I realized I don't really eat any fats which CAN be bad) as well as sodium to see how I feel. Also looking into a cheap wrist monitor so i can track my pulse so that when I do go back i can give them more info.
