Went out to eat at OSF...small baked chicken breast with garlic and lemon, no skin, small rib bone..and shared a big Brocolli with the brown butter and cheese...still 600 calories...no bread,no cheating....16 carbs and 800 calories for the day...Protein is in the 80's....burm fat, burn....Drank some MOM when I got home...no food for almost 3 days remember....
