i started out at 240 lbs. i did great and got myself down to the 164. i have hit a motivation plateau. i dont know what my brain has inside of it right now but its definitely not working out. 1 day im gunghoe and the next its like oh i'll do it tomorrow. Im lost really i think, i need to make it a lifestyle change and not just a 2 month and quit. self esteem would be nice again. :/

I keep coming back to your post. First off you've done great at getting out of the 200's and you steered away from 250 and now you're almost 160 lbs. You can't settle now. Keep going. Is it you need motivation to work out? I can not contribute to that motivation because I have not worked out this whole time. With the exception with a walk here and there. You have what it takes to lose the weight, you've proved that. Why would you want to give up, or slow now when you almost there?! Its exciting..get excited about how far you've come and how soon you could where you want!

I have that all the time. Can you get on Pinterest or google and look for exercise motivation or variations of it? I found lots that I print out and they keep me going when frustrated. You can do this!
