Walked to gym (5 min)
Treadmill: * 0:00-5:00 Speed 4.0 Incline 10 * 5:01-10:00 Speed 7.0 Incline 10 (Intervals 30 sec on, 30 sec off) * 10:01-15:00 Speed 6.5 Incline 10 (got tired so backed off on speed) (Intervals 30 sec on, 30 sec off) * 15:00-20:00 Speed 3.5 Incline 7
I'll work up to maintaining that 7.0 speed for the full 10 repetitions.
Ended lunch hour with a nice, quick shower and a walk back to the office (5 min).
Tired...but happy :-)
