I love the first drop from a new diet.
I was worried that I wouldn't get it because I have already lost almost 20 lbs before starting this diet. I am pretty sure that the gallon of water that I drank yesterday helped.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
