Didn't go to the gym at 4am once again this morning. It's taking me an hour to fall asleep lately so I'm just exhausted I guess. Hopefully the fact that the C25K starts on Monday will motivate me to go! It's only three times a week that I need to do it...ugh..
Just resisted the urge to eat a cookie, though! YAY!
