Ok, yesterday I went to the thrift store and they had TWO copies of the Atkins for Life. I have been toying with the idea of trying Atkins and I picked one up for $1.50. I read the whole thing last night. Then I spent an hour last night looking at testimonials. It was really inspiring. I felt like any of those could be me if I just committed to something. It will definitely get easier to work out once the weather warms up and I can get outside. But for now I am going to try Atkins. I plan on doing Phase 1 {Induction} for the next two weeks. If I am happy with how things go I will continue on with atkins. If not I might just go back to my way of restriciting calories and guzzling water :) I wonder if anyone else is doing atkins?

I did South Beach and if you actually stick 100% to the diet you will lose weight, but if you cheat and eat carbs, it's over. GL on your weight loss. You can do this!
