Gained back to my January weight. Just a reminder that you can not relax and keep losing. Definatley want to be down at the end of March. Need to lose the 5.8 gain plus some - have 21 days. Starts tomarrow.
Tonight at WW we recieved a challenge to make a committment to excerise for the week. Guess mine will have to be to get back on the Nordic trak five out of seven days. This should help get me back on track.
I know I can do this, just need to do it.
