I am still building "mental-momentum"...looking for a treadmill, becoming willing to modify my yummy menu in a lower fat, lower carb direction.

The Super Bowl didn't help any, with all the hype about party food for a week. I know jalapeño poppers are not healthy, but they're good. That is a sad statement about SO MANY things (food and non-food alike)...I know it's not healthy, but it's good. Really? Really? That kind of good is very temporary. Healthy is a goodness that brings lasting benefits.

The Superbowl didn't help me any either! I ate entirely too much fiesta dip and pizza, however, today is a new day and I will just consider yesterday as my "Cheat Day"

I love your attitude! I've got the curl-up-in-a-ball-menstrual-blues. But each day is full of possibilities...and it looks like we may get an operating treadmill today, so that's another step in the right direction (then I'll have no more excuses!)
