My husband has began following a very high plant-based protein diet. Meaning he is not eating very much meat. He has also started drinking Almond Milk in substitution for dairy milk. He has lost a significant amount of weight in as little as 1week. I'm very jealous. I feel like I need to be more attractive for him... because he is SOO HOT, I feel I might lose him!!! I am very overweight. I've gained alot of unhealthy habits recently and I'm tired of it. Time for change... he did it so why can't I?

You can do it :) I've been a vegetarian for 7 years, and avoiding milk isn't that bad. Vanilla soy milk tastes delicious, but it's expensive. :(

Pair bonding in mature relationships is about love and a soul connection, not hot bodies. Ashton Kutcher cheated on Demi Moore, and she is about as "hot" as it gets. Don't stress about the husband issue; because stress just creates more urge to overeat. I know what you mean, though, and have talked myself down off this ledge many times. My husband is a very fit, healthy, active, vegan who is 50 years old and often mistaken for 35-40. Just try to relax and appreciate that your hot man loves YOU and then do your best to create a healthy, beautiful body that you are happy with to share with him.
