Feel like the clothes are fitting better but ever since I got sick last week the scale is not playing nice. Don't know if it's just my body taking a break on loosing weight or if I'm gaining muscle weight due to all that exercise I'm doing. Will be finishing up Slim in 6 DVD this Saturday after 7 weeks gave myself an extra week. And right after that will be starting a new exercise program. Have not decided which one yet either power90 or T25.
I was hoping to be in the 250's by now but I see that it's going to take a little bit more effort.
