I am wondering about my numbers today....I think my body is reaching its limit. I keep hovering around the 168-169 mark on the scale. I am continuing the next few days until I get five pounds down. I will see if I can drop any more weight. If I can't get five pounds down before 40 days, I'm moving to maintenance and calling it good.
Entering PMS week, so bloat and grumpy are on the menu....let's see if I can lose again this time around.
Hopefully, I'll be down five pounds soon. The food is great, the lack of sugar is great...I'm just getting mentally tired of all of this measuring. I still have to weigh every day the next three weeks....the real challenge is keeping the weight off.
What did I say about not cheating? Oh my goodness! I just ate a V-Day cupcake....well meaning parents ambushed me with cupcakes! Now I feel as if I am going to throw up....sugar=BAD! ARGH!
