Took a few days off the gym. Went tonight and burned over 600 calories. I am trying to keeping my diet under 2500 calories. Fat Secret recommends a 3000+ calorie diet but everything else i look at wants me to keep around 2500. So i am going to do that and hopefully loose at least 2 pounds a week.

Fat Secrets RDI is a little odd, I think. It says I should eat 2000 per day, but everything else says 1600 per day. I think FS is way off and could hurt people who really follow it. Keep it up! Listen to your body, you know what feels right.
