My motivation comes from a line I heard on a TV commercial. A young attractive woman said that her goal was to be a sexy wife. I want my husband to be proud of me and love the way I look. I don't like being the fat lady in the room and it is 100% up to me to change that. My will has to be stronger than my cravings. I want to look at each bit of food and ask myself, "do I need this". If not, I will ask myself "is the momentary satisfaction worth the long term regret". I can do this and I will do this...Day 1 down.
