Feeling good about behaving myself for the most part. Got a lot of issues going on at home and I'm truly feeling it. This diet is great, but the stress I am feeling is really getting me down. I want chocolate soooo bad. Not doing it though. The worst thing i did was have pizza with my salad this weekend instead of eating just plain old salad. It didn't seem to kill me but I don't want to slide back again.
Hope all is better with everyone else.
