I love getting to the point of having carb cravings die down! Today my family was eating some junk food, and my hubby jokingly handed me 1/8 of a Zinger. I took a nibble but it just didn't taste that great so I ate some pistachios instead. That is a HUGE deal for me! Been drinking my water too, which I usually slack off at. Been using a disposable plastic cafe cup and refilling it with ice and lime...seems to do the trick. I'm excited for tomorrow's challenge to start! Been Youtubing the mini-challenge exercises so my form isn't sloppy. LOL Make it count!
