I had low carb buttered pita with cheese and hot chocolate for lunch .
Supper was cucumber and gadrabean curry .
Hot chocolate again .
Need to monitor no bread day vs bread day .
134.0 lb Lost so far: 29.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
