I went out to celebrate last night, and wow did I take in some calories! A large Cafe Mocha, A huge, rich, chocolate chip cookie, and a big bowl of vegetarian black bean soup with two generous slices of whole wheat bread slathered with butter. I know it could have been worse, but I am bummed about it because I was feeling so great about my success yesterday morning. Also, I've been looking forward to having a burger on my "free day," and now I kinda feel like I don't deserve a free day. I'm gonna eat really well today and maybe squeeze in an extra run, and if I'm at or below 142.4 tomorrow, I'll take my free day. If not, then I'll just wait another week and be careful to really wait for that free day.
