Its been a steady week, after my 'indulgence' weekend with my family being in Bali without me I did over indulge just a bit, well OK more than a bit, but then this week has been back to normal so the weekend gains have been lost and this morning Im back to the weight I was last Friday, all good. BTW the family had an amazing time which I was really pleased about.
