I know the fluctuations are normal but it is still frustrating when it goes up. I did have gluten a few days ago as it was mom's bday so it might just be inflammation. Sooooo close to Onederland and yet sooooooo far away.
204.9 lb Lost so far: 111.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
