The evenings are the hardest...I was so excited to make homemade pizzas in my new gas oven for some long-time friends. Pizza is bready, fatty, and too delicious to be moderate on servings. And, of course, there was the chocolate pie for dessert...oh, and the wine.
I feel bloated and I've forgotten how good the pizza tasted because my belly is rolling over my jeans. I hope I will remember this feeling the next time I reach for that third slice of pizza.
Lord, help me be the best me tomorrow.
