I have been having a difficult time too inola, as you can see from my journal entry and from my chart. Today was not so bad but neutral days are not exactly what I need. Every time I get down to my goal weight, I break down and slowly go back up again. Fortunately, I have been able to stay out of the red zone for a while and psychologically, I am comfortable with it. You seem to be doing OK because you are *not gaining.* Give yourself credit for holding yourself to this level. "No exercise" is often another of my problems too but, I feel a second wind coming on. It's just a feeling at this point though. ;-) I think we both need to just come to grips with things and do at least some exercise, along with a few alternating low days. For me, that always breaks the plateau. I hope you and your family are well dear buddy! xoxo

For every buddy I visit, I get an energy about them when I type/talk to them. You are my SMILE. Inola you know how to smile beautifully and it is very contagious, keep smiling and the exercise and eating will fall into place.... Please know I appreciate YOU..TOWANDA!!!!
