Tomm is the last day of my mini detox challenge for myself. I have made it through over nine days of no artificial sugar, sweeteners and caffeine! Yay me. Will that result in a weight loss? In due time... I think. I'll weigh myself tomm for sure.

But what about the next step of the detox?
I do want to try and go ten more days without sugar (which I don't even crave anymore or caffeine (YAY!)). Possibly because I have at least 3 apples a day. :)
Okay so next 10 days of the detox *drum roll please*
1. No sugar,
2. No sweeteners and
3. No caffeine plus
4. No white rice and
5. No refined-bleached flour. So no pasta :/.
6. Add magnesium, zinc and leptin rich foods in my diet. (must make a list)
I can do that, easy.
No calorie count, just eat sensibly and drink loads.
