Trying to entice my boys to eat their wholewheat toast and scrambled eggs without drowning them in tomato sauce! The eldest cleaned his plate but the youngest left his brachiosaurus toast uneaten (but not untouched - much playing was had!) 🦕

😁wrestling kids to eat should be worth double cal deficit as exercise. brachiosaurus toast making should be worth triple.

@StarRat If only - I’d permanently be in deficit then! Trying my best to model a positive relationship with healthy living habits for them, with the occasional treat thrown in. Some days are definitely easier than others!
