Today was day 2 of my workout and I feel great. Right now I am just doing stretching and weights for my arms. I want to do things slow and in small portions so that they stick and it becomes a routen. I figuered out that i have gained 73 pounds since Scott and I met and this year I want to get back down to a healthy weight so I can enjoy my summer with they family. I dont want to be so self concious when we go to the beach or worry that Scott is looking at other women. I have finally hit my bottow so there is no where to go but up. Father God, I will only move when you say and I will listen to your directions. It is because of your love and help that I can do this. I love you Lord! Amen
