Off to the doctor yesterday to have the staples removed. 46 lbs lost so far. Down to 344. At this rate should make goal of 300 lbs in no time but I suspect the loss will slow down. Right now I am loosing about 1 lb per day. Only bad part of the day was spun the car into a ditch on the way home.
