After work last night we suited up the kids and went for a snowmobile ride to a local restaurant/bar. I had calories to spare for the day so I chowed down on my favorite meal. I was surprised to find that when I put in all the calories (including the potato chips I pilfered from my daughter's plate) that I didn't totally destroy my entire day. Of course, it looks like everything I ate was FAT FAT FAT. And it wasn't healthy fat either, I admit.
I had good intentions of hopping on the eliptical, but had a weird pain in my neck and a nasty headache when we got home so I just did chores and went to bed as soon as I could.
