TKs Girl's Journal, 04 February 2011

Last night was 'Let Loose for my Birthday' night. :) I was a little - okay, lets not lie - I ate a large amount of sweets. From cookies, to ice cream. But I have the mind that one cheat day, or bad day is not bad - as long as you are on track following it. And today, I am back on track. Weigh in was only 0.3 difference from the day before, but I am giving it at least a 24-48 hour period. I have always been told that it takes the body at least 48 hours to process what you have eaten to effect your weight. We will see if that holds true. :)

It's Friday! Cheers to everyone's accomplishments in this new year.
