Hi everyone!
Just wanted to quickly come and say hi, and to let you FS buddies know that I really miss you. I have very limited access to internet and almost no time to come here to chat and support. Still, I have managed to come and track what I have been eating, more or less...
These days 'without' FS have been very hard. Not only because I feel that I have lost control of my weight loss, but mostly because I realized how important has been for me to read you and learn from you, and also to share my progress and get your support.
I'll be back home soon, and I'll be on top of this again. For the moment I wanted to share this with you.
