I'm not going to weigh myself this week. First off, I want to change my weigh ins from Thurs. to Sunday, and start counting workouts starting Sundays. This week I ate pretty poorly which Is why I don't want to weigh in. I am all out of groceries so I've pretty much been snacking on whatever to fill me up and it isn't doing me any good. I will weigh myself on Sunday to start, although I will have either gained or stayed the same, which is really frustrating. I really want to lose at least five lbs. before Vegas, and I think it's possible. I really have to try. I was also pretty stressed this week because I had a paper due on Wednesday so I wasn't eating well because of that.
