my diet is all over the place. I have been trying new things and that are junk but then i have had some good stuff too. I really need to get on track. I went to my gym today but it was up for lease. noone notified me so I was really upset.

I really need to get to the gym and get more motivated. I know when I start exercising more I will come out feeling great and not eat the junk. I have lost 20lbs before and I will do it again! I am determined. I remember I felt so good and when I came out of the gym I felt quilty thinking about having anything unless it was good for me.

You might try to get more protein in your diet. It helps your metabolism level. Sometimes instead of fast food, you can got to the supermarket deli and get some baked chicken of lean roast beef. Maybe go for eggs for breakfast instead of cereal from time to time. Also don't cut back to far if your working out. I see your RDI is 1600. Try to get your daily intake as close to the number as possible. Eating too little is as bad as eating too much. Eating too little will slow your metabolism, and increase the urge to cheat. And watch out for salt. Judging from your complexion, too much salt could interfere with effective weight loss.
