super happy. I have passed 3 of my goal weights, so I have now set a 4th to reach 70kgs which should drop my dress size to a 12. I havent been a size 12 since I was at school, pre kids and grandkids, now I see my goal insite

163.7 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb. Still to go: 9.4 lb. Diet followed 100%.

losing 1.7 lb a week
