Well I did really well this week. I followed the plan with only two treats all week. So I'm almost to my Weight watchers goal! Just 0.2 lbs away. Yeah!! I love going to the meetings they give me so much support. Soo next week, I hope to have reached that goal. Only 5.2 pounds until my personal goal. I have to say since losing this weight I honestly have more energy and I have less pain with my arthritis. :) Hope everyone else is having a good week!
