It's very hard, harder then I thought... I am trying to cut down on food, especially snacks, but it not easy! I am doing a bit better but I am still very far from 1000kcal/day... I am not giving up and will keep working towards my goal! Have a good day all!

It seems that that initial loss is, in lots of ways, easier than maintaining--or losing it again. On top of the struggle to change how we're eating, we're beating ourselves up for letting the scale go back up. But you have done it before and you can do it again.

Baby steps Mimi! If you didnt pay too much attention to your eating lately, it is indeed hard to change it all in one day, or one week. Make sure you don't starve, I think that's the most important. eat when you're hungry and stop as soon as you feel full. If you eat clean food, and have good exercise, the weight will go down. Don't be scared of calories (you know what I mean, in a reasonable approach) you need them to feed your muscles. Strong muscles = high metabolism = fat loss = looking hot! You can do it Mirej!

Thanks Anne... it's been very hard, something always gets in the way and I end up eating outside, which means eating more, eating bad and not losing weight but gaining. I think I need that one moment that will shock me and then I will say Ok, Enough!... stop it and re-start exercising and eating well and smaller portions!
