Today is my birthday - and I am just not feeling it. It has been a challenging year re-inventing myself and just overall trying to get healthy. Wondering if I achieved it or not but still happy with the goals that I have accomplished. To think last year I was in a size 16 - heading towards and 18 and now I am down to a size 6/7. I knew the road was not going to be easy - there were tears, times of wanting to give up and just crawl into a corner to live out what I had left of life. But in the end - I can easily say that I can smile at myself and know that I have accomplished something.
Maintaining is the key - the road is not done.
