About a year ago, I suddenly realized that I gained a good amount of weight! I guess that tends to happen when you work in a office, sit all day long, and eat bagels. While I am not huge, I am certainly uncomfortable in my body. Also, I don't think I know how to dress well for a body my size, I see bigger gals and they look super cute! They know to dress!
I started going to the gym in January, I haven't weighed myself since then because I feel that if I weigh myself, I will be very disappointed. I want to FEEL the weight is gone, does that make sense? I know it's a slow process (when you do it right) but...I miss my size 7 and want it back!
