Thanks everyone! @bokram - I’m following a Keto lifestyle with intermittent fasting. Best advice that I could give you (without being a nutritional specialist) is to do research on different things like CICO or Keto or Fasting... and see what works for you - whatever you do - it needs to be sustainable for you. YOU need to make it fit into YOUR life. Otherwise it will be a short term initiative or you’ll gain everything back when you get to “normal” eating again. All the best 💚

@Unicorns_Exist i wanted to ask. i dont have an appetite during the day and im not a breakfast person. i eat only dinner, does this mean im doing IF and am i dont it the healthy way? im not starving myself, im just soo busy with work and my physco boss-im hardly hungry. let me know, thank u🤗

Hi Totem! Do you drink anything during the time you don’t eat? Like coffee with milk? If you drink black coffee and/ just water - yes, it sounds like you are doing IF. In fact, it sounds like you are doing OMAD (one meal a day). You can read up on it, there are tons of research. This is the fasting protocol that I follow too 🤗 it works really well for me and is super convenient. I would just advise to ensure you get your calories / macros / nutrients in during this meal and never starve yourself! 💚

I drink coffee with milk sometimes if my energy levels are very low. Keeps me focused. Thank u so much for the feedback and advise🤗🌹
