Today I rowed for 30 minutes....saw two dolphin out my window...The next best thing to being there :) I also purchased "The Simple Green Smoothie Solution" If you're interested buy it on Amazon for $8 instead of the Green Smoothie site for $39 !!!
I haven't actually been following South beach as was my plan.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
