can anyone suggest a low calorie, quick & easy snack, that's real filling?? need something different to a protein bar when im in a hurry, thanks everyone 💞

💦 And drink plenty of water before you start snacking - the receptors in our brain don’t know the difference between food and fluid as long as our stomach is full and working on something, so it helps curb appetite. Aim for about 8 -10 glasses per day.💦

👎🏼 Some coffee is ok but I wouldn’t recommend 10 cups a day! 😱Nononoono! Just try some nice juicy water.

Something salty - staves hunger. I'd stay away from anything sweet as you'll only feel hungry again a short time later. Perhaps a handful of nuts??

How filling and how low calorie? 130cal up&go no sugar (it's a protein milk popper thing) or a few pickled onions (non sweetened) or a big carrot

I usually have 40gram of plain Greek yogurt with 50 grams of raspberries or strawberries or blueberries, whichever one I have in the fridge. lots of water . Or Egg whites . They are very low in calories. Cucumbers broccolis are low in calories .

Peanut butter with banana if I crave sweets or cottage cheese and blueberries

Make some nicecream -, 100 g low fat cottage cheese, 30g vanilla protein powder. Mix together with a dash of water - about 30 ml Top with 150 g strawberries and/or blueberries (i use frozen berries)
