Still not exercising and I've not lost any weight this week so that's the issue. I'm going to start walking on the top of the parking garage at my office during my breaks. My office has no windows so it will be nice to see the sky a couple of times a day, plus you know, vitamin D. I've got on sneakers today (casual day) so even my shoes are no excuse. That wiill be 30 mins a day split into two so that's doable. Baby Steps.

On the diet front. I got an inexpensive food processer and food dehydrator this week so I'll be trying them out this weekend. I LOVE kale chips but I kept burning them in the oven, so I'm looking forward to making those this weekend, plus maybe some apple rings or sweet potato chips or green bean fries. Ü
