This weekend was hard to say the least! I went to my parents house and my in-laws house. What are the odds that both BBQed carne asada, AHHHH!! I mostly just ate the meat, because I figured it has no carbs. A ton of salt though, I feel a little bloated because of it. I'm only going to weight myself once a week so I don't know how it affected me yet :/
