As far as I have come, sometimes the scale or food can shape my day...my outlook...I see a lot of us struggle with that...But I try and focus on the other things that matter. Increased energy level,no heartburn or digestive problems...no binging or starvation...a more intuitive way of eating. I consume food, it does not consume me!
